Tier 3 - Annual subscriptions
Three subscription bands. Two to ten reports per year. Same evidence-tier methodology, same Gate A and Gate B pre-delivery checks as a one-off T1 or T2. The right fit when a medical affairs team or investor needs a recurring rhythm of scoped reports rather than ad-hoc procurement each time.
New to Delvant? Most first engagements are one-off: a Tier 1 report (EUR 3.5K-6.5K, ~1 week) or a Tier 2 (EUR 12K-35K, 2-3 weeks). Subscriptions are typically the second or third engagement, once the methodology has earned the cadence. See all four tiers.
Procurement clears once per year. Scope is agreed up-front against the asset, indication set, or fund thesis. New report requests do not need a fresh PO. The deliverable cadence is predictable; the price is predictable; the methodology is the same as Delvant T1 and T2.
| Dimension | One-off T1 / T2 | T3 Subscription |
|---|---|---|
| Procurement | New PO per report | Single annual PO |
| Scope agreement | Per engagement | Once at contract, refreshed annually |
| Turnaround | ~1 week (T1) / 2-3 weeks (T2) | Same, with priority queue on Std and Pro |
| Methodology | Evidence-tier, Gate A and Gate B | Same, no compromise |
| Best for | One specific clinical or competitive question | Recurring portfolio coverage, multi-asset MA team, fund thesis tracking |
| Total annual cost | Variable, EUR 3.5-35K per report | Predictable, EUR 18K / 42K / 80K per year |
Can the subscription scope change during the year?
Yes, within the agreed asset or indication set. T3 Standard includes one scope-amendment, T3 Pro includes two, at no extra fee. Larger pivots are scoped as a contract addendum.
What happens if we use fewer reports than the band allows?
Unused reports do not roll forward to the next contract year. The annual fee covers capacity reservation, not pure usage. This is by design: priority queue and dedicated scope assumptions require committed capacity.
What if we need an extra report beyond the band?
Subscribers get a 15% discount on additional reports beyond the band cap, billed at the same T1 or T2 unit price.
Is the methodology the same as T1 and T2?
Identical. Same evidence tiering (RCT / Indirect / RWE / Editorial / Underpowered / No data), same Gate A and Gate B pre-delivery checks, same EU AI Act Article 4 documentation per project. Subscription is a procurement vehicle, not a methodology compromise.
How do reports get triggered during the year?
Three options: standing topic schedule agreed at contract, ad-hoc scoping calls (15-30 min) per request, or a hybrid. Most subscribers use a hybrid: two anchor topics per year plus on-demand for the rest.
Who signs off on each report?
A named subscriber-side stakeholder is agreed at contract. They receive each Gate-B-signed PDF directly; no public posting, no third-party distribution without their permission.
A 30-minute scoping call before signing is included free for any prospective T3 subscriber. We will map your portfolio coverage needs against Lite, Standard, or Pro and confirm fit.
