Tier 4 consortium - Format preview
What a Tier 4 consortium deliverable looks like
Several non-competing firms in the same indication cluster share fixed costs on a rolling intelligence read. Each member gets the same shared deliverable, plus a member-specific addendum that stays inside a strict conflict-of-interest firewall.
Onboarding founding members 2027
Preview only. Tier 4 opens 2027. Founding members onboard in cohorts of 3-5 non-competing firms per indication cluster. The mockups below show the shared-versus-addendum split and the firewall discipline that makes this model work, not real client content.

Conflict-of-interest firewall
Members in the same cluster must not compete on the same asset, mechanism, or stage.
Membership is curated by Delvant. Composition is disclosed in advance to all members. Member-specific addenda never circulate to the wider cohort. Audit log of access events is shared on request.
Deliverables
What every member gets
- Shared PDF dossier (cluster-wide landscape, refreshed quarterly)
- Shared slide deck (board-ready, scenario layer)
- Member-specific addendum (questions relevant to your asset / position only)
- Quarterly member session (small group, structured Q&A)
- Change log + roll-forward methodology
- Locked anchor source set
What the consortium does not do
- Cross-member benchmarking or competitive comparison
- Joint investment or co-development advisory
- Single-member preferential disclosure
- Replacement for individual T1 / T2 commissions on member-specific assets
- Public re-distribution of consortium content
Deliverable structure
Shared layer
Cluster landscape
Visible to every member. Pipeline, regulatory, modality sequencing, conference signals, scenario framing. Same content for all. No member identifiers.
Member addendum
Position-specific synthesis
Only visible to the commissioning member. Answers the member's narrow questions inside the shared cluster context. Never circulated to other members.
Slide structure - shared + addendum
Three representative slides. First two are the shared cluster layer that every member sees. Third is a member-specific addendum that lives only in that member's binder. A full 6-slide example, filled with public immune-cytopenias consortium content (Q1 2027 mock cycle), is available below. Slide 04 visualises the shared / addendum firewall; slide 05 mocks a Member-only addendum.

Implications for [member's specific asset / position]
This slide circulates to one member only. Other members in the cluster never see it. Audit log records access events.

- Narrow recommendation, tied to verified cluster claims
- Member-only references and links
